In this short work experience I worked closely with a wide variety of control functions within Deutsche Bank. This included legal tech, procurement tech and HR tech. I gained a wide range of knowledge in technology, with an intro to power apps as-well as giving me tips in improving my Python skills. I also learnt the process of releasing apps, and all the control functions they must go through. My knowledge gained extended past the world ofTech but also how to manage a team and how to set achievable goals for a team when releasing an application. I was also given the chance to work with people who are trying to revolutionize the banks systems through artificial intelligence. This experience allowed me to get a grasp of how technology is integrated into a bank and how vital it is to the bank.

Earning the respective qualifications allowed me to become a swimming teacher. In this role, I have to plan lessons, to allow for a progressive improvement of my students, whilst remembering to keep it safe and to the ability of the swimmer. Over the last year, I have improved in my role by applying new lesson ideas and gaining confidence when delivering my lessons.From working with a team of teachers and assistants my improving communication skills have given me an adept ability to communicate with all sorts of ages. Ranging from communicating with young swimmers to their parents, or my colleagues.Working with young children will always keep you on you alert and it has given me the ability to be creative and quick on my feet to best engage the children.

In this role, I worked closely with the teacher assisting young swimmers and supplying the correct equipment for the lesson. This gave me an understanding of the importance of communication with the teacher to create a safe environment for the swimmers to learn and have fun.
