Experience Developing Revit projects and Parameter driven Families for use in producing Cladding in the form of 3D Revit exports and 2D Draughting incorporating Revit scheduling capabilities. Past roles include to Set up Conquip engineering group with Revit to accelerate and improve the efficiency and management of there temporary propping products, both for providing quotes and coordination with design teams.This has enabled the scheduling, phasing, quantifying and detailed drawing of plans for use in tenders and instructions for site operatives.I am well experienced in the use of AutoCAD and Revit to produce drawings for multiple disciplines including:Structural Engineering layouts of steel, concrete, timber and SIPS etc. Producing large to small scale details. Civil Engineering layouts including Drainage, Highways, Parking and Access layouts incorporating Vehicle Tracking and services,I am able to attend site and conduct Highway condition surveys, speed surveys and ascertain additional site information e.g. drainage, structural, dimensions and condition information.I am privileged in my 13+ years’ experience to have worked on over a thousand projects including at Eastleigh College and Solent University Campuses (both of which I formerly attended as a student).I have also undertaken highway and car park design for multiple projects including schools on the Isle of Wight and Hampshire, Southampton General Hospital and other locations.I have drawn multiple temporary pedestrian bridge layouts, working with Mitchell Bridges Ltd.I have experience of submitting planning applications and producing concept designs.I also have experience of producing refurbishment and remedial works layouts.All of the above has involved working with information received in the form of plans or 3D models, CAD surveys, map extracts, site measurements or Point cloud data.I enjoy working as part of a team or lone working when required.I am also First Aid and Fire Marshall trained, and ready to take charge in an emergency situation when required.I have a keen interest in reducing the human impact of construction on the environment using innovative materials and techniques, and in ensuring a healthy and safe working environment.
