Oversee the operations of the Potawatomi Inn Resort, Restaurant and Conference Center inside Pokagon State Park. The resort features 126 guest rooms and 11 cabins. There are two food outlets, the Lakeview Grille restaurant and the Courtyard Café. The resort offers over 10,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space in nine rooms ranging in capacities from 10 to 400+. There is also a indoor pool/hot tub/sauna, game room, activities center, exercise room, guest laundry, library and gift shop. The resort employees a staff of between150 to 180 people depending on the season. With revenues of over 5 million dollars, the resort is the busiest in the Indiana State Park Inns systems, which happens to be the busiest system in the United States. The Park offers 1,600 acres which sits on Lake James. There are miles of hiking, biking and horse trails along with two beaches. The park is active year round, including the winter when the quarter mile dual track toboggan run opens. Many of the Parks features were constructed by the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) during the 1930's and remain as one of the best examples of their works in the country.

Oversaw the operation of the Red River Steakhouse and Rum Runners Lounge inside the Fort Wayne Marriott, the world's first franchised Marriott. During my tenure, the restaurant service ranked as high as 3rd in the Marriott system. Took over the property's Guest Satisfaction Survey response program. Hosted the property's Manager's receptions on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. Performed the duties of Manager on Duty a minimum of three shifts per week. Part of a team that developed a new lounge concept called "Pulse" to replace the Rum Runners bar which was abandoned with a subsequent bank takeover and transition in management companies from Azar Incorporated to GF Management.

Consulting customers on the purchase of new and pre-owned cars, trucks and SUV's. I refined my skills to become one of the dealerships consistent sale producers. Shortly after starting at the dealership, I was asked to take over the development of the dealerships Social Media outlets. Shortly thereafter I was offered the role of Internet Sales Representative, handling all internet sales leads for the dealership. During my tenure, the dealerships internet sales division rose to the top three in the Northeast Indiana region. This was accomplished by the Development of a system for contacting customers via phone, e-mail and mailings along with tracking and analytics.

Achieved recognition for Accounts Receivable collections as well as low employee turnover. Developed a training program for customer service.General ManagerCandlewood SuitesJanuary 2009 - September 2009 (8 months) | Fort Wayne, INOversaw the operation of the 83 room extended stay hotel. Transformed the hotel's "Candlewood Cupboard" from a expense to profit center. Competed the IHG/Candlewood Suites General Manager training program and Opera/Holidex training program in Atlanta, GA.

Responsible for the operation of the Museum's banquet and conference center which had over 15,000 square feet of space available for business meetings, tradeshows, weddings and other such events. The department was responsible for revenues in excess of $500,000.00.Was instrumental in the design and staging of the largest expansion project in the Museum's history. Was in charge of product selection and procurement.Developed, marketed and oversaw the production of the Classic City Bridal Show which attracted over 75 vendors and over 800 attendees. This fundraiser for the Museum raised over $10,000 annually for the Museum's operations.
