After promotion, my role at CustomPlay was expanded to include the design, installation, management, and help desk of a high availability network of more than 20 servers, 70 desktop systems, a diverse network infrastructure, and dozens of mobile devices. Managed several software development teams creating proprietary desktop and mobile applications including bug testing and UI design. Patent review and research of several video and software applications including legal challenges and expert testimony.

As part of the executive team, I led in the development, management, implementation and innovation of ground breaking motion picture customization technology. My responsibilities included the daily operations and management of an office of 20 motion picture editors. Met regularly with the CEO and other stake holders to discuss product development, daily operations, and production inefficiencies that could benefit from innovative technology implementations. Responsible for demonstrating products and meeting with Fortune 500 companies to discuss the integration of our media technology into their product lines.

Director of Photography for several award-winning motion pictures, television shows and commercials, including Miami Dolphins, Florida Panthers, Miami Heat, and The Balancing Act. Also, responsible for the acquisition, maintenance, and troubleshooting of an extensive array of production equipment, camera support and in-house production studio.
