As a member of the Sales & Marketing team, I assist in the management of the Gallery in downtown Minneapolis, an innovative kitchen and bath showroom and event space. I work face to face consumers every day, educating and acting as a liaison between consumers, designers, and dealers to facilitate successful transactions and remedy issues. I focus on strong communication and engagement amongst the various departments, teams, and national galleries of Cambria to ensure both short and long term goals and initiatives are achieved. Daily responsibilities include reporting store traffic and retails sales, analyzing inventory levels, delegating and prioritizing business tasks to our three gallery coordinators, research and propose new business development and gallery event opportunities, and assist in managing event budgets and gallery expenses. In addition, I successfully assist in planning and executing business partner and consumer events 2-3 time per week with head counts ranging from 15-200 guests.
