Also additional New Medias to market to customers.Working with the new Business analyst team and the new web team in Bristol I helped design and implement an EBay interface to allow M and M to open a shop in EBay.Worked with our existing suppliers and Berkley’s to design an interface to their new Falcon (Adyen) card charging system to introduce a token based system to allow for full PCI compliance and to give M and M access to additional European charging method, i.e. Ideal, ELV and PayPal.Worked on Projects implementing Hit box and Tealeaf website monitoring systems.

Working on SEO, Site monitoring, Web Analytics, checkout Tunnel.• Implemented a new Finance reporting system.• Selection and implemented a new marketing reporting system (SmartFOCUS).• Managed the role out of five new retail outlets to use as a clearance operation.• Implemented the CommIdea Credit card Bureaux system to handle the increasing volumes of credit card charging.• Managed a process to improve the Fraud handling, implementing a card security team and a Fraud process with a company called 192.com that has kept the card claims down to £30k per year while keeping cancelled orders down below 3%• Started to implement the new Banking PCI DSS regulations, working with our software providers and Trustwave to introduce full card encryption in both the Web environment and the main sales system. • Implemented an Affiliate management system for the Website, to manage multiple affiliates.• Managed the implementation of new Email Marketing system.• At the end of this period I worked with the operations team on the selection process (4 suppliers) to evaluate replacement warehouse systems finally deciding upon Manhattan. I then worked with our existing suppliers and Manhattan to build the systems integration to our existing Sales order and Carrier systems, this system went live in August 2009.
