At TBWA I headed up the ANZ business, delivering brand strategy and creative campaigns across the full spectrum of ANZ's product divisions including Everyday Banking, Home Loans, KiwiSaver, Business, Credit Cards and Insurance.

By blending product innovation and brand communications the agency has helped to scale some of the biggest European startups (like Skype), and applies what it has learnt working with startups to help corporates (like Compare the Market) to innovate.Some career highlights:Helping to reposition Thomas Cook, the 175 year old travel agency, with a pan-European communications project. Our partnership has helped to progressively restructure their marketing approach and drive brand recognition within an incredibly competitive sector. The creative output has covered every channel and requirement, from traditional brand focused TV and print to specific digital and social video content. The iconic integrated advertising campaign produced in year one drove record sales, increasing new customer records by 73%, growing their digital market share by 31% and launching an international music sensation with our bespoke produced campaign track. To date the work has aired in 14 European markets across 12 different languages and has won a Creative Circle and D&AD award and was shortlisted at Cannes. Working with Ministry of Sound to re-establish their brand positioning whilst also launching a new range of audio products. This process covered the initial branding and positioning process before the focus shifted to include the development of the entire go to market media strategy, including channel and messaging planning and the production of a suite of video and digital content.I have always worked with Bank of Montreal, Unum, Compare the Market and Complan on a mixture of brand positioning, communications and product innovation projects.

Whilst at M&C Saatchi I worked across a range of the agency's most high profile client accounts including RBS/NatWest, Currys/PC World, Direct Line, Change4Life and Be Clear on Cancer.All of those accounts involved large scale, fully integrated campaigns. Highlights include:- The "NatYes" mortgages work and the associated "Moving Tales" home moving content hub.- Launching the Be Clear on Cancer brand following the successful pitch win and eventually running campaigns across 6 different symptoms/cancer types. The work that I produced went on to win a Silver at the IPA Effectiveness Awards.- Working on the extremely successful Direct Line campaign featuring the likes of Chris Addison and Alexander Armstrong with TV executions directed by Graham Linehan.
