SafetyBit Founder, Thomas Perry, has been working with sensitive information and online security systems for over 18 years. While working for the Office of Naval Intelligence, he held a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance (the highest level of U.S. Government security clearance). During his service, Mr. Perry earned the Joint Service Achievement Medal (JSAM) while he was stationed in England. After his work with the Office of Naval Intelligence, Mr. Perry applied his software engineering degree and development experience to the FINTECH industry. As the Chief Technology Officer of a financial software company, Mr. Perry developed systems that sat between ATMs, financial networks, and financial institutions (banks and credit unions) that protected sensitive data in compliance with Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS) and Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards. He leveraged his understanding of both front-end and back-end systems and the importance of protecting sensitive information with work experience in FINTECH, to identify and solve the problems with the architectures of the cryptocurrency exchanges and the handling of private keys.

• Designed, managed, and led the INTERPRO team to build robust worldwide network architecture for an EFT based financial transaction processing system using Unity3D development engine, and C# libraries developed in Visual Studio. • Designed and developed a collection of services and common utilities that form the infrastructure for software modules, to include application life-cycle management, host intrusion detection, user authentication services, and the registration of components. • Designed and developed quality products for the user interface to include an entry point into the secure network by designing and creating a client utilizing the Unity3D development engine. • Developed and managed software integration and software configuration management of source code to include a secure development environment protecting the source code from theft. • Managed all IT infrastructure including industrial switches, sonicwall, and software svn server repositories with trade secrets. • Built, managed, and secured VMware environment.

• Wrote and designed programming architecture, debugged and tested Mantra with See & Do using finite state machine (FSM). • Connected MySQL Database using Django API to Unity. • Managed communication for web server back-end, written in JSON. • Implemented audio, upload/download, calendar system, and client-side party creation system for See & Do application.
