I graduated from Grinnell College with undergraduate degrees in Biology and Economics. I then worked for three years as an analyst at Citigroup within their management development program. To pursue my interest in science, biotechnology and medicine, I left my position at Citigroup to study biomedical engineering at Cornell University. Two years later, I graduated with a masters Biomedical Engineering with concentrations in drug delivery and molecular, cellular and tissue engineering. This twisted path eventually led to pickles. I was disappointed that I could not find pickles in stores that were of good quality so I started making my own. This eventually led me to form Crisp Pickles LLC.
