I research issues related to the management of DE&I, producing reports for private clients and developing projects of cultural change

I administer the ebike tour for the company in Milan. I guide tourists through the highligts of Milan, explaining the art and history of the city and ensuring the safety of the group.

I taught to children attending an elementary and middle bilingual school

The doctoral programme builds in its students strong methodological competences. It strengthens theoretical capacities, statistical understanding and in-depth qualitative knowledge over complex social phenomena. My dissertation concerns the exploitation of migrants in the Italian labour market, aiming at defining conditions of vulnerabilities that lead to modern slavery practices. I used interviews and Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA) to build a questionnaire able to assess the individual vulnerability level.

I coordinated a REC grant application from the EU over the fight to gender violence, personally managing materials and team building. Furthermore, I worked on the Italian survey over FemaleGenital Mutilation, funded by the Council of Minsters, building the questionnaire, organizing interviewers and analyzing data. Together with my reserach team, I participated to the African Population Conference in Entebbe, Uganda

I participated in monitoring visits to ensure the respect of national standards and measure quality of university teachings and structures. Writing reports required interviews, data comparisons and knowledge of legal provisions

I worked on projects in sub-saharan Africa and the Balkans, developing reports and monitoring donors' procedures and requests. Inside the framework of the organization, I enhance common strategies and share best practices

I worked on the financial revision of projects, filing documents and organizing for audits. I also worked on internal databases and checked the evolution of present or past projects, according to the different donors’ criteria

I worked on different tasks, being able to meet the different areas of activity. I did translations, letters to donors, review of projects, internal database organization and other administrative tasks, enabling me to see how a project of international cooperation begins and finishes, its characteristics and modalities

I was responsible for the creation and promotion of contacts for the Water Human Right Treaty international campaign: my task consisted in finding any interested organization and bring it inside the supporting committee, sharing the responsibility of the campaign between all members, providing material and bureaucratic proceedings for their subscription. I also coordinated all subjects involved

I was part of a research team from the Department of Sociology working on the collection and monitor of all different needs expressed by social classes and on the analysis of the response given by the labour union. Our aim was to define how and where to improve the offer, submitting a written resume

As representative of the students in the institutions of the University Milano-Bicocca, I was also a member of the Inter-University Consortium. Among my main tasks the regular administration and evaluation of strategies and reports of the public body, checking effective compliance with the original mandate, the respect of given standards and the actual implementation of the services
