Responsible for implementing the Project Quality Plan in assigned scope of work for Exxon Mobil Esso Highlands – PNG LNG Onshore pipelines - Southern Highlands, Papua New Guinea. Monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with approved processes and procedures. Plan and coordinate inspection activities for discipline inspectors at site and reports to the Site Manager of Quality Surveillance issues, status and metrics. Implement the Construction Surveillance Program according to the approved Surveillance Plan.

Crescent-Dana Gas LPG Plant, Khor Mor – Kurdistan, Iraq - To supervise and participate in the inspection and testing of all static equipment of process plants and pipelines and provides analysis of equipment condition. Responsible for carrying out all inspections activities required to ensure plant integrity and reliability for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of the plant based on RBI methods.

Saudi Aramco Luberef Plant – Yanbu, Saudi Arabia -Identifies critical process equipment and piping. Establish, executes appropriate Inspection / NDT plan. Prepares scope of work for major, modular turnarounds. Determines replacement, repair requirements and remaining service life of equipment and piping based on evaluation of inspection findings and operating condition. Provides recommendations with analysis of equipment conditions and corrective/ preventive action. Prepares Inspection Test Plan, QA/QC plan for procurement of Capital plant equipment. Issues clearance certificates and reports of equipment after inspection and testing. Carries out inspection and testing of all static equipment of process plants, storage and marine facilities as well as pipelines system. Reviews design specification requirements for new projects and modifications.

Develop QA/QC acceptance criteria in accordance with applicable code/standard, engineering guides, specification and government regulation. Inspect for any deviation and take necessary corrective action in term of repair recommendation, record /file properly Review & approval of WPS/PQR and witness welder qualification test. Review & approval of ITP, NDT, PWHT procedures & final QC dossier.

Coordination of Certification activities on Project. Ensuring Compliance with Client Regulations concerning Certification. Ensuring that all facilities, equipment, materials and instruments on Project have required Certification. Preparation and updating of Certification Strategy and Plan when required. Development of Certification procedures, strategies and policies, Certification matrices and indexes. Interface between Project contractors, suppliers, Client certification agencies and client authorities. Management of Certificates deliverables, its population into GOC databases. Monitoring the plan of work for delivering the tasks in Certification group. Management and coordination of Certification processes in Hydrocarbon Facilities and Pipeline spread levels. Approval of the Contractors’ Certification Plan, Certification Strategy and Schedule. Expertise in identifying the commissioning system limits and population of multi disciplined completion database. Expertise in the Implementation, co-ordination and follow-up on certification leading to the final system hand over.

Review of WPS/PQR and witness welder qualification test. of ITP, NDT, PWHT procedures & final QC dossier. Perform all QC works to ensure all works meet the specifications, standard and Code, and government regulation.
