● Handle pricing activities for the Industrial/Auto aftermarket and Rail segment.● List price management of new and existing products by assessing cost, market, competition, technical specifications of product and positioning in market - India/ASEAN/Australia regions.● Evaluate and process special price requests, quotations, and proposals from both channel and direct customers for multiple product lines● Responsible for price management of specific direct or indirect accounts including daily RFQ and annual price/agreement review● Work with global PM team and sales team to execute pricing strategy in the region● Use pricing software system to analyse product line price structure, price realization and profit waterfall and incorporate these analytics into transactional decisions● Coordinate and interact regularly with other Pricing team members, Sales, Product Management and Customer Care personnel to ensure smooth quote to order process with minimum TAT.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES❖ Ensure sound and logical pricing decisions based on data and pricing tools available❖ Handle different price requests, such as➢ Special prices/small quotes➢ Contracts and yearly price revisions➢ Strategic tenders or bids and reverse auctions.❖ Maintain and ensure timely loading of correct prices, discounts and product groups in system❖ Ensure compliance with all audit requirements

Responsible for collecting market data and evaluating information from diverse market sources.Analyse qualitative and quantitative information to review new products development. Assist in analysing and determine margins and target pricing.Assist in developing and reviewing marketing collateral.Assist in developing and implementing loyalty programmes.
