Mr. Phillips has worked on myriad Affordable Housing and Homelessness projects as well as helping to develop and maintain LDC/ELP social media accounts. Thomas has great interest in growing LDC's mission of helping to create physically, economically, and environmentally sustainable communities. Mr. Phillips has attended The University of Memphis and San Diego City College, and is working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications from San Diego State University.
