With more than 18 years of experience in field installation and service engineering, I am a Senior Engineer at GE Additive, a leading provider of additive manufacturing solutions. In this role, I install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex industrial 3D printers and related equipment at various customer sites across the EMEA. I also train and mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence. I have a strong background in security systems engineering, having worked for Chubb Fire & Security Group and Cam-Tec System Ltd for a total of 14 years. There, I designed, installed, and serviced various security systems, such as CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms, for a range of clients in different sectors. I have NVQ level 3 in Auto and HGV Mechanical and Electrical Systems from Teesside Tertiary College, and I am proficient in field installation and field service engineering skills. I am passionate about delivering innovative and reliable solutions that enhance the performance and safety of industrial processes and products.
