I am a skilled and adaptable worker, with a great insight in Aviation with me working on Heathrow and Manchester airports for over 8 years.I am enthusiastic in nature with an emphasis on following projected plans, meeting targets and exceeding expectations. I am a self-motivated worker with a positive  attitude. I am physically fit and  have worked in a variety of different areas in the structural steel sector such as Management, erecting, snagging and civils , which has given me a wide range of different skills. I am meticulous and take great pride in my work, this has been proven whilst spending 8 years in my latest role as a Supervisor/Manager over seeing up to 20 men rebuilding terminals and remodelling baggage halls at Heathrow and Manchester Airport.  I am reliable and punctual at all times.  I can work on my own using my own initiative to enable me to complete tasks, I also work well in a team often being the figure head leading my colleagues. I am creative in my work and often have to over come complications which arise on site.I am always keen to develop my skills and abilities and I am willing to undertake any relevant training given adding to the ones I have already obtained. I have a good understanding of health and safety and take this very seriously in my role. I regularly do H&S audits to ensure the working environment is safe but also look to how it could be improved in the working environment.
