I recruit, hire, train, place, pay, counsel, terminate and act as the HR contact for all issues for an employee pool of over 400 employees. I handle all employee compliance and I-9 issues regarding employment eligibility. I establish new customers and act as the point of contact for multiple accounts. I’ve created accounts on various islands; above all I set up an account that is now the largest in the state on Kauai with over 200 employees. I have documented and dealt with work comp investigations, sexual harassment investigations and various accident investigations. With my largest customer I have direct supervision of over 200 employees and hire, train and place over 50 new employees when our season gets busy. I am task oriented and must schedule my employees and myself in order to reach maximum revenue and effectiveness.

I was the point of contact for all customer related issues and employee issues. I was the customer service manager for the Auto Center, meaning that I had to ensure that all employees were following Sears’s customer service guidelines. I had to track inventory, sales, performance markers, hire, counsel, train and serve as the leader for the 3rd highest store in the state. I was responsible for managing all aspects of the business from operations, to scheduling over 30 employees on a weekly basis and ensuring that all employees were following their training regimen.
