Nach über 20 Jahren in hohen Führungspositionen in Industrie und Maschinenbau, unter anderem als CEO und Geschäftsführer, weiß ich aus eigener Erfahrung, wie es sich auf dem Sitz gegenüber anfühlt. Ich bin zertifizierter Co-Active Coach (CPCC und nach internationalen Standards der ICF ausgebildeter Organisations- und Team-Coach (ORSC).
