Working with brands and businesses to create exciting content and solve problems - through Video, Animation and Photography.

- Identifying gaps in the market for video to be used as a tool for brands & businesses.- Generating leads, organising and producing content.

- Led the Plymouth Business School advertising campaign, winning a Gold Hermes award for advertising.- Shooting, interviewing, animating and editing content. From adverts to in-depth research videos.

- Researchers organise, plan and co-ordinate the production of television programmes and undertake relevant background research.- Interview and screen talent prior to taking part in the series.- Set-up & shoot with cinema equipment as a part of a 2-person team with the Director.

I was responsible for teams of up to 10 at busy periods, training/interviewing new members of staff; ensuring they were given the knowledge to complete their job properly.

The Devonshire Arms allowed me to develop a strong worth ethic, especially within a fast paced working environment where teamwork was essential. I learnt to communicate professionally with the public and team members.
