As Commercial Director, General Manager and Head of Controlling I was able to gather profound and international knowledge and experience in all commercial divisions of highly diverse companies.Currently I am working as an independent business consultant for the commercial management of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME's). Simultaneously I'm general manager of a small-sized sales company in the ecucation market and responsible for all commercial matters in this enterprise.Until August 2015 I worked as the Deputy General Manager in the German sales company of an US-corporation in the range of consumer electronics. I was in charge of managing all business areas with personnel responsibility for the offices in Germany, France and Belgium.I completed successfully the reorganization and structure of different commercial areas. Thus I was able to contribute to management and improvement of business profits in those companies I was responsible for. Furthermore I developed strategic plans and introduced new controlling systems and processes.
