My role within CareShield focuses on the design and development of our products, particularly the online systems our clients use.The products we develop are predominantly a mix of online training management systems and e-learning courses for staff in the Health and Social Care Sector.As a team we create high quality, sector leading products which through good design and instructional design we believe have truly made a difference to peoples lives. This is supported by the hundreds of thousands of people that use products every month.Our design focus is understanding our client's needs, to not create 'compliance tick box' products but a solution that fully understands the requirement of the user journey; be that a learner, manager or a director of an organisation.
