About Thomas Power

I am passionate about the cultural sector and the role that the built environment has to play in developing and sustaining its future. I specialise in Real Estate management for museums, including Listed Buildings. I am well versed in all matters of effective estate management including landlord/tenant matters, business rates, utilities, capital planning, procurement and management of service contracts as well as capital project delivery. I have a large amount of experience in the management and operation of multiple large, complicated public buildings. An accredited member of the Museums Association, IWFM and Association of Independent Museums.
