Advise and design applications for use on foreign government’s telecommunications networks including telemedicine, health care, biometrics and identity management, site security, situational awareness, and distance learning.

Provided the Director of the BIMA with guidance for the use of biometrics and its’ military applications from tactical collections through strategic international data sharing in a bi-lateral and coalition environment. Served as primary liaison for BIMA into the UK Ministry of Defense (MoD) and Metro Police, NATO and its’ operational and transformation components, Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization (JIEDDO), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence (USD-I), Combatant Commands (COCOMs)s, the Joint Staff (JS), and Nat’l Ground Intelligence Ctr., and other foreign militaries. Served as a Marine Corps Combat Engineer Officer in a variety of Leadership, Staff, and developmental positions. Experience ranged from development of Marine Corps and Joint Engineer Doctrine to command positions in charge of several hundred Marines, sailors, soldiers, and coalition forces.
