With 39 years of experience in the environmental field, I serve as the senior project manager responsible for managing wastewater and environmental engineering projects of all types. Work experience includes time as a permit writer for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Resources and as a consulting engineer. A registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania, Maryland and New Jersey, I am the engineer of record for more than 40 facilities, including landfills, transfer stations, processing facilities, wastewater treatment plants and drinking water sources. His work has also included more than 500 waste stream characterizations and site closures/remediation projects for manufacturing, industrial and commercial facilities. During my career I completed more than 400 assessments/investigations, in addition to 15 major multi-media facility audits for due diligence and compliance determination purposes.
