I have been in the automotive industry since 1996. I started working in the auto glass industry in 2004. In 2009 I stepped out and started my own company. I ran a auto glass business for six years. In 2014 I closed my business and started back with Safelite. I was ready to grow in a company that I could learn in and move up the ladder. For the past three years I have helped Safelite develop new talent in the company. In 2018 my path has ended with Safelite. Now my wife and I are starting a new business. We will be recalibrating the ADAS camera in your car after a windshield has been replaced! Cross Creek Calibrations LLC. We also have started Black Label Auto Glass LLC! In 2019 Pilkinton reached out to me about doing some consulting for them. After 6 months of consulting the offered me I position I couldn’t refuse. So in 2021 I started working for Pilkington.
