In my first year with Harvey Tool, I was trained in all aspects of Harvey Tool's customer facing team. My daily responsibilities included answering phone calls and emails to help customers with new and existing orders. Technical support and custom tool quotation were the areas where I began to focus my attention. I helped customers with tool selection.

I acted as a bicycle mechanic and salesperson at the Bike Coop, fixing student bikes on campus and helping in the administrative tasks of a cooperatively run business, including the completion of a full shop inventory each month.

I collaborated with Project Managers to track engine and part shipments for sale and maintenance. One of my main projects was contributing to a jet engine review process to improve the cost of a parts group to save the company thousands of dollars per engine.

I worked on a production floor tracking jet engine parts through the manufacturing process and ensuring the efficiency of shop workers. One of my main focuses was on finding hundreds of pieces of work in progress (aged WIP) to evaluate, organize, and move them through the remainder of their production processes.
