It was with my time at GEO when I learnt of the need for a new Sales Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. I therefore offered to develop a new Sales CRM which could fulfill all the needs of GEO Flooring. The software which I chose to develop with was Podio CRM. This is totally customisable software which allows anyone from any industry to develop not just Sales CRM, but also manage stock, client information, press releases and many other options. This allowed us to have one system for the whole sales process from cold call lead to getting the final order. I also created a excel based bar coding system for the management of sample inventory and also sample dispatch. I am currently working multiple new projects to further develop the business for each department.

GEO is an Australian owned family business which has specialized in Commercial Flooring for over 20 years. We aim to deliver fit for purpose flooring whilst minimizing the effect on the environment.My role within the business was to look after and project manage small jobs, whilst creating and developing new business leads and inquiries. Whilst working within this role I had to work with such software as:- Saleforce, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Sales CRM Software)- Campaign Monitor & Mail Chimp (Email marketing software)- Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Access

I was a coach at North Sydney United Football Club, where I worked with the Youth Development Squad managing 3 Teams ranging from Under 7's to Under 10's. Our main aim was to teach them at first the basic skills of soccer and then coach them to develop on there natural talent. It was tremendous privilege to work with football players of tomorrow!!
