This was usually between the prospect and an account manager.- Always hit monthly demos booked which started as 15 per month in my second month, then 20 for my third, 25 for my fourth and then 25 for the remainder of time there.- Used Hubspot to keep track and organise my leads after each and every cold call, taking down exactly what happened, the outcome and when the next time I will be in contact with the prospect.- Followed up with certain prospects depending on outcome of previous outreach, using personalised email campaigns. I used ChatGPT integrated into Hubspot to help me save time and send multiple personalised emails to different prospects efficiently.- Attended weekly meetings and training through teams. Utilised slack for communication with colleagues from all over Europe. I really enjoyed this part of my job too.- My target market was SMB companies of around 500-2000 employees, contacting high clientele such as CEO, CISO or CTO.- Received intensive training - 1 to 1 with Holm Security CEO - Stefan Thelberg for 2 months - mix between product knowledge, cybersecurity and telesales skills.- On track to becoming Key Account Manager, due to continuously hitting targets and my creation of new, quality leads, unfortunately had to return to Ireland due to personal reasons and could not continue as it was a hybrid working model.
