Answer incoming calls from service customers and input into SAP/Salesforce system for technical helpdesk and service dispatch. Aid service dispatch and queue coordinators in generating and requesting purchase orders to guarantee correct closure of work orders. Verify all necessary information from customers and meticulously record notes from interactions. Maintain data integrity within the systems. Support other departments with service inquiries to assist customers. Serve as backup for dispatch/planning team in the event of absences. Streamline approval process from Salesforce/SAP to IDI Interface into ADP.
