Running Junkies is a social running crew that launched urban running culture in the Netherlands. We organize weekly runs every Tuesday, meeting at Van Woustraat, Amsterdam. Besides that we host special events and help organize cheer zones at different races country wide and beyond. We are a non-profit organization with the purpose of getting as many people as possible into running. Running Junkies tries to lift everybody's level in running, while pushing boundaries. To help achieve this goal we promote friendship and sharing stories.As a captain I help organizing the weekly runs (Running Social Tuesdays and Thirsty Track Thursdays), but also special events. In the past I have worked together with a.o.: Run2Day Amsterdam, Goose Island Brewery, Runners' World Magazine, NIKE, Golazo, Le Champion/ TCS Amsterdam Marathon and City of Amsterdam.

Beoordelen van dossiers van employees op recht hebben van transitievergoeding. Daarnaast ben ik verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van de regeling ‘Plaatsingsfee’. Hier moet ik controleren of de unit het proces van het aanvragen van plaatsingsfeesubsidie voor de Randstad holding goed uitvoerde. Aanvullend hierop verantwoordelijk voor rapporteren van resultaten.

Project voor Randstad NV met medewerking van interne klanten Randstad en Tempo-Team. Analyseren van beloningsregelingen (cao's), de meest generieke looncomponenten verzamelen en hierover rapporteren. Na overeenstemming met interne klanten de componenten inrichten in het geintegreerde softwaresysteem van de Holding. Verder meedenken over processen om wijzigingen en communicatiestromen te optimaliseren. Dit project heeft tot doel gehad om beter inzicht te krijgen in de bedrijfsprocessen, marges te verbeteren en gedetacheerden een ;loon passend bij hun functie te bieden. Dit project dient ter voorbereiding van het afschaffen van de algemene ABU cao.
