Additionally, I oversee project management and change management, direct value stream mapping of operational processes, and reduce lead times in project operations. I’ve set goals to optimize factory layout, forecast manufacturing, handle scheduling system, and direct supply chain initiatives. Implement continuous improvement processes, lean strategies, and cost reduction processes. Key Contributions: Reduced inventory by 45% through value-stream mapping and new flow technology linking with key suppliers using Kanban management systems and VMI principles.  Slashed product quality issues by 98% by implementing BOM and streamlined processes during layout phase with the addition of automated saw systems.

Key Contributions: Reduced component costs by nearly 60% due to vertical integration projects.  Successfully improved production through revamped facility layout, reducing process footprint by 46% and head count by 14% which led to nearly $825K in cost savings and 71% reduction of process lead-time.  Minimized lead-time by nearly 80 days by initiating lean methodologies including factory layout optimization, forecasting, improved scheduling system, and supply chain improvements.  Slashed inventory by 53% through VSM implementation with flow technology to link core processes in accordance with Kanban management systems and point of use principle for inventory.  Introduced work cell and standard work principles in all workshops leading to 34% reduced cycle time.  Launched an incentive program for direct labor saving nearly $850K over a three-year period, promoted employee involvement in cost reduction projects reducing cycle times and boosting production per hour.
