On an independent basis, advised entrepreneurs and SMEs on a range of financial matters, including: - the sale of a minority stake in a wholesale business (valuation, tax structuring, and logistics) - the development and implementation of custom (Excel) operational tools enhancing efficiency - the development of custom cash flow models to assist with operating cash management - assisting a successful entrepreneur explore and develop a new idea, including feasibility modelling and pitch deck compilation

I worked as a Senior Consultant assessing the viability of companies and assisting them raise capital, and as a Senior Modelling Consultant building complex custom models for clients.In addition to the above, I built a tool (using python and Excel) which assisted PwC Management identify opportunities with new and existing clients.

I led small teams to deliver high-quality audits for both listed (LSE) and unlisted clients, primarily involved in venture capital, private equity, equity/debt funds, and insurance. Due to the nature of these clients, I spent significant time analysing transactions (acquisitions and divestments) and financing arrangements as well as valuing debt and equity investments (DCF, trading and transaction comps.).In addition to the above, I built several tools for PwC which improved firm profitability (by automating tasks, savings 1,000s of hours). I built these tools using a mix of programmes and languages, including Alteryx, Python, Excel, Google Apps Script, and Power BI.
