Through my career in the Information Systems sector, I have held many roles: IT Helpdesk, IT Specialist, MSP Support Engineer and Solutions Developer. I have a vast knowledge in many areas as a result of role changes. It is fulfilling working in the many areas of this industry. Each one possesses a new unexplored area that I had not yet discovered. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University. I take my role seriously and always strive to be better than I was the previous day. The hardest part of this industry is also the most unique, change and I have the knack for picking up things very quickly. My duties have had me integrated into every department. Whether it be in accounting, shipping, sales there is always a need for reinventing a workflow to increase productivity and client satisfaction. I look forward to connecting with you soon.
