Over the last 15 years, I’ve established myself as a highly effective senior executive with a proven track record of exceeding expectations in highly competitive markets. My greatest accomplishment is working my way up to the position of President and CEO for Southern States Cooperative, a $2B retail and wholesale organization serving 250,000 farmers, wholesale customers, and every day Americans in the heart of the country. My career began as a CPA for Price Waterhouse. I then worked a variety of operations, accounting, and systems-focused positions for Landmark and Countrymark Cooperatives. It was during this time that I began to develop leadership, critical thinking, and analytical skills, culminating in a transition to Southern States as the VP of Information Systems. I was quickly promoted to the EVP and Chief Merchandising Officer three years later, and one year after that, was hand-picked by the Board of Directors to fill the open position of President & CEO.Based on my proven track record of success leading a multibillion-dollar organization, as well as my extensive knowledge of accounting, finance, and IT, I’m seeking a board-level or C-level position where my skills and experience will allow me to bring a unique perspective to the business that supports the achievement of long-term objectives.
