I have over 18 years of experience in providing legal support for various financing transactions and services, including M&A advisory, capital markets, syndicated lending, asset-based lending, and leveraged finance.I also serve as the general counsel and corporate secretary for KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., an SEC-registered broker-dealer and FINRA member. I am well-versed in broker-dealer and bank regulations, and I exercise sound, practical, strategic, and timely judgment on complex regulatory and transactional matters. I am a collaborative and trusted partner to C-Suite and senior line managers, and I advance key corporate objectives while maintaining a steadfast commitment to upholding legal and ethical standards and protecting organizational reputation. I hold a J.D. from Columbia Law School, and I was a Fulbright Scholar at Universitaet Oldenburg, Germany. I also have a background in international development, having volunteered at the Peace Corps, and in corporate law, having worked as an associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP.
