• Provide basic administration function on Active Directory and Exchange365 – users access related task
• Provide basic administration and support on telephony systems deployed within the company

• Planning best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new Assets, or re-organizing current premises, including distribution of office furniture to staff as requested
• In liaison with HR and Procurement department on follow-ups of requested assets by the business and allocation of company’s fixed assets to users
• Inspecting all the procured assets if matching the business requirement then ensuring all assets are tagged with company tags once they are purchased and allocated to the right person
• Ensuring all asset disposal is correctly done both at the ERP system and physically through donation, sale or destruction by enforcing safe and secure practices in order to avoid any pollution or contamination and.
• Prepares auditable statistical reports for management, drafts corresponds, as required and maintain the fixed asset inventory records within the system and periodically doing physical asset verification
• Ensuring the building meets health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with legislation and draft Standard operating procedures and flow chart in the area of property disposal and maintenance

• Applications support and Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users
• Analyze business performance based on the systems data and advice the management accordingly also providing suggestions on areas of improvement
• Manage the stock alignment/movement in the system

• Ensure resolutions of complains within the promised timeframes by the Implementation & Support dept.
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
