"Biophysic study of TFAM protein as a single molecule". Research intership conducted in the Health and Environment team of the Laboratoire de Physique de Clermont. Mixing knowledge and skills in both biology and physics in order to study TFAM protein (for Mitochondrial transcription factor A). When mutated, it induce several issues and failures in the human tissues, as an example, one ofthe TFAM mutants we are studying (P178L) leads to neonatal liver failures and early deaths for babies.
