Judicial and Legal Experience• 13 years as an Administrative Law Judge hearing a variety of cases such as employment security appeals, administrative code enforcement, local government whistle-blower, franchise revocations, child support, environmental regulation, developmental disability, land and natural resources, asset forfeiture, and food and health regulation.• 12 years as a government attorney representing various department heads and agencies in litigation as well as providing legal advice in such areas as constitutional law, labor and employment, tort claims, zoning and land use, ethics and procurement.
