Conduct regular training needs assessments to determine the skills gap, and recommend training solutions.Plan, design, develop, and implement functional training programs to address the specific needs of the Units at GPAA. Coordinate the scheduling, logistics, and delivery of training programs, workshops, and seminars.Develop and implement assessment methods to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Providing a comprehensive report on the milestones achieved after each training event.Build relationships with key stakeholders, liaising with the SME’s including department heads to ensure alignment of training programs with organizational goals.Serving in project committees (ICT Systems & Application development projects) as a training lead by planning learning interventions, specifying the timelines and allocating the required human and financial resource. Maintain a library of learning resources such as learner manuals, instructional videos, infographics and presentations. Identify changes in legislation, policies and procedures, workflow or functions that require revised learning intervention.

Coordination of compulsory induction programme (CIP), Workshops, Conferences and Orientation programmes.Facilitate the implementation of Workplace Skills Plan and Conducting training programmes.Creating training material - Manuals, Assessments, Quiz and Presentations. Compilation and submission of monitoring reports.Implementation of Internship, learnership and work integrated learning.Serve as a training lead on U-Filing & Self Service system projects.
