Clean, organize and stock work stations. Ensure tools are easily accessible. Greet guest and escort them to lounge area where we offer them water/coffee and wide selection of magazines. Greeting and answering the phones with professionalism. Use cash register and computer to complete service for all customers. Guide and Drive guest cars safely into/out of the bay area. Apply all protective covers to the vehicle. Vacuum complete interior of the vehicle and thoroughly clean exterior windows. Check and communicate initial oil levels. Determine, communicate and physically verify correct oil filter applications. Check and adjust all tire levels on vehicle to proper inflation. Check and fill all necessary fluids in vehicle and checking oil pressure gauge and oil dipstick. Under bay vehicle inspections which include removal of oil drain plug, loosen and remove oil filter, wipe mounting plate and check filter spindle. Inspect oil drain plug and gasket (if necessary). Wipe fittings and lubricate. Check and fill gearboxes. Observe under carriage of vehicle once started to ensure no leaks. Gather and input guest information into computer. Review oil options and vehicle manufacturer recommendations. Present air and cabin air filters to customers. Recap guest requested services (with pricing), answer questions, and provide an estimated time frame for services to be completed. Review invoiced items to guest, accept payment for services, inform guest of value added items and offer invitation of return. Ensure team is working in an efficient and productive manner. Obtain a clean work environment at all times by cleaning up oil spills with correct procedures and materials, cleaning and restocking the guest bathrooms and lounge area, removing all debris from work are, building and public space, cleaning tools and replacing them back in their proper areas.

Maintaining the grounds, such as riding it from litter, cleaning out trash rooms, replacing trash liners, making sure the residents are in a very presentable environment. Install new appliances such as refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and air conditioning units. Paint interior and exterior areas of the property. Have some electrical and plumbing knowledge. Assist in completing work orders in a timely matter. Organize and restock new supplies. Assist fellow co-workers with various tasks.
