Spearheaded the transformation of the Krewe of Hermes into New Orleans' leading art parade along with beloved Carnival impresario Herb Jahncke and the former Captain of Hermes. Parade design, monumental sculpture design and creation, art direction, hiring and training, budget production and management, research and development, and advanced lighting and sound effects for special float projects.
