Technical engineer. My job was to test computer hardware, laptops and pc's and if we found that they were defective, we send them back to the supplier. I was responsible for testing, cataloging and shipping. Often we would get a new hardware in return or a credit note from the supplier. We had a service desk where customers would bring in their purchased hardware for testing. I was part of the personal helping in the service desk. I also did internal IT tasks for the shop. We used Novell file servers and DSI as registering system.
