• Ensuring personal presence on the floor and aiding customers in locating merchandise.• Taking customers through all the products and providing them with maximum information.• Recommending on the merchandise to be delivered from the warehouse/store when merchandise is not on the floor.• Directing and escorting customers to the item testing area or to the cashier.• Closing sales at minimum discounts and perusing through the sales/delivery notes.• Providing customers with feedback after the sales process has been completed.• Sharing information to customers on the offers available.• Informing the customers about purchasing incentives available.• Ensuring the sales section is fully stocked and arranged in an orderly manner.• Ensuring that the stock from stores or go down when it reaches the reorder level.• Ensuring that all products are priced and have all feature codes.• Ensuring that all stock under my custody is balanced monthly.• Following up on payments from customers based on report received from Credit Control.
