I hold a bachelors degree of commerce from Kenyatta university with a specialisation in marketing.I have more than 2 years experience working with insurance, retail and customer service industries.Having worked with Hotpoint Appliances Limited as a sales attendant, I had a chance to gain much experience dealing with customers directly and indirectly through various company platforms.My job description at Hotpoint Appliances was more of resolving various customer needs arising from the purchases made.Previously, I had worked with Britam Life Assurance Company in the same capacity as a customer relationship assistant. My roles in this position exposed me to intensive training that gave me the required skills for the advertised position.
