Lead the Charlotte Campus and Hendry Glades Curtis Center in the development of healthy communities through professional development, teamwork, and care for 1,186 students (Fall 2022 headcount) and staff in a service area of 3,3035 square miles. Build and maintain a climate of operational excellence, professional integrity, and support an environment of care, service, and academic excellence. Plan, organize, and work in concert with college offices and departments in the operations of the Campus and Center.Responsible for on-site Adaptive Services, Care Services, Community Standards, Student Engagement, and Student Transitions. Site(s) partner for FSW’s Honors Scholar Program. Facilitate the development of innovative new programs, initiatives, and policies. Provide leadership to campus staff and assist academic deans in developing and planning academic schedules. Division-wide mentor and guide annual unit planning and self-assessment processes. Provide campus-level institutional effectiveness plans and goals. Conduct community outreach for College programs and services. Represent the College on mission- related local, state, and regional committees and organizations. Develop and recommend significant operational policies to assure innovation, quality, continuous improvement, and growth of the Campus and Center and support the College's strategic plan and mission. Coordinates college-wide adult student learning program Serve as the site liaison for K-12 partners consisting of Dual Enrollment, concurrent collegiate schools, and FSW Collegiate High School Charlotte. Collaborate with the Division of Academic Affairs to assist with the College's existing partnerships with other local higher education providers.

From April 2017 to June 2018 served as Interim Dean. As Associate Dean concurrently provided leadership in the planning, direction, and evaluation of the academic unit in conjunction with the Dean. Responsibilities included the efficient and effective operation of the school via the administration of faculty and staff and the management of student issues and concerns to help ensure student success in each of the School’s programs. Assisted with the administration of all assigned programs in accordance with administrative policies and procedures. Initiated innovation and creativity in faculty development and exercised leadership in creating a supportive learning environment for students and faculty. Supervised faculty assignments, including credential verification, teaching performance, student review of instruction surveys, and professional improvement. Managed enrollment of the programs in the School ensuring each program was achieving the defined student learning outcomes. Assessed student achievement and retention, and implemented continuous improvement as appropriate. Coordinated the timely submission of unit plans in keeping with the goals and objectives of the School and the College.

For the School of Business and Technology (SoBT), I teach SLS 1331 “Personal Business Skills,” a course which assists student in focused career assessment and the knowledge, skills, and abilities to advance their current and future career goal.
