Provide campus-level institutional effectiveness plans and goals. Conduct community outreach for College programs and services. Represent the College on mission- related local, state, and regional committees and organizations. Develop and recommend significant operational policies to assure innovation, quality, continuous improvement, and growth of the Campus and Center and support the College's strategic plan and mission. Coordinates college-wide adult student learning program Serve as the site liaison for K-12 partners consisting of Dual Enrollment, concurrent collegiate schools, and FSW Collegiate High School Charlotte. Collaborate with the Division of Academic Affairs to assist with the College's existing partnerships with other local higher education providers.
