Construction is in my DNA. Coming from a long of construction contractors in my family and being around constructionsites from the age of 7, I’ve spent my whole life building things.Across 20+ years in the construction industry, I’ve been the guy doing the heavy lifting, and I’ve been the guy telling theheavy lifter where to go and what to do.I started my career in 2000 as a laborer for Rocket Construction, eventually working my way up through numerous labor,project management, compliance, and superintendent positions to my current position as Construction Project Managerfor T3 Management LLC, providing comprehensive oversight of construction projects.I’ve worked on large-scale building projects, including the T3 Management project, for which I oversaw the completion ofan apartment complex with multiple 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom family units and found tenants for each unit. I also manageda 2-year Newark Housing Authority project building over 500 apartments and townhomes.Over the years, having worked several building projects, I’ve accumulated a diverse set of skills, including:✅Project layout and preparation✅Management and leadership of large teams✅Using surveying and construction equipment✅Knowledge of building codes✅In-depth research and analysis✅Proposal creation and contract negotiationI pride myself on not only being the hardest worker in the room, but the most inspirational hard worker in the room.
