As the assistant principal, I work with Mr. Stanco to develop a culture of excellent by promoting a growth mindset in our staff while supporting their needs to build success in our students. I help integrate our STEM theme into daily instruction, manage office referrals, develop family and community partnerships, evaluate instruction, provide profession development, manage marketing and social media, coordinate standardized testing, analyze student data, and build relationships with our students and families. It is my distinct honor to work with such an exceptional staff, hard working student body, and supportive parent community.

As STEM Theme Coach, I develop curriculum, lead professional development sessions, and coach teachers regarding their STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) instruction.

I work as a third grade teacher at Union School. I am currently a member of the PBS team and am heading up the writing celebrations committee.

· Administered multiple ASE certification tests to 100-200 test takers

· Worked with teens to create a community service program and develop citizenship

Through my Graduate Assistantship at Uconn, I worked with professors on an educational project that connected the geology and education programs.

· Worked for MMS's Blue Chip Grant; team-taught middle school science lessons; created and designed the MMS Blue Chip Grant website · Worked as a consultant to MMS's Blue Chip Grant Project, a paid extension of the internship program.
