This is perhaps best demonstrated by having climbed Mount Kilimanjaro, as well as cycling 3,150 miles across America, from San Francisco to New York.I take this determination for success into my work as a Director with PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP) to advise clients across a range of complex international and treasury tax issues. Day to day this means assimilating complex material and solving important problems for clients. I work collaboratively with clients to understand their facts, risks, and challenges, and assist them in best managing their tax profile.Having obtained a 1st class honours degree in mathematics at Warwick University, I love to analyse complex, new situations. I work with clients to assist in debt restructuring, structuring acquisitions and disposals, foreign exchange hedging and advising on the impacts of legislative change. With the rapidly changing international tax environment, there is a constant need for groups to monitor their group structures.
