Thomas Reese, PharmD, PhD – Assistant Professor, board-certified ambulatory care pharmacist, and clinical informatician with a strong commitment to patient-oriented research. My mission is to improve healthcare at the intersection of informatics, vulnerable populations, and ambulatory care through clinically impactful interventions. While achieving proficiency throughout the health system innovation pipeline is a long-term career goal, I am currently focused on using health information technology to implement evidence-based practice in contextually and theoretically informed ways.
