• Keep the stockrooms organized and complete all inventory processes, making sure merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed• Work with the team to ensure the sale’s floor stays "runway ready" through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day

• Manage daily inbound shipments of critical raw materials and supplies; including receiving, stocking and inventory management• Provide detailed verbal and written instructions for order placement and management across both Sushi/Cold and Hot kitchen operations• Assist managers, guaranteeing that all customer plate presentations and meals meet or exceed quality standards and order accuracy • Maintain operational flow and efficiencies in a fast paced environment while balancing multiple responsibilities needed to meet customer and management expectations• Leverage customer service skills to effectively manage and resolve client issues• Coordinate closing procedures with team members by ensuring all shutdowns, preparations and closing responsibilities are properly completed
