Tom’s telecommunications industry experience includes the following highlights:Senior Advisory Consultant at Comtrol Corporation, Lisle Il., providing RFP development and analysis, as well as product recommendations.Progressive responsibility assignments at ROLM, IBM and Siemens ICN, which included roles as: Software Designer, Installation Technician, Project Manager, Regional Field Operations Manager and, National Operations Program Manager.Tom was recruited by Black Box Network Services, Inc. to fill the position of Manager of Professional Development and shortly thereafter, was promoted to Director of Marketing.Tom also holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from The College of Business at Southern, Illinois University and an Associates Degree in Audio Marketing from The College of Science, also at Southern Illinois University.Throughout Tom’s career, he has focused on delivering high levels of customer service, providing a consultative approach to customer requirements, keeping up to date regarding the latest telecommunication industry developments and delivering products and services which represent a strong value.
