Approaching thirty years of Multi Family Residential Construction experience from the General Contractor side initially, the wholesale material supply side briefly and primarily the plumbing trades working my way up from an apprentice working weekends as a third job in college to President/Partner of C&B Utilities, Inc. based in Houston, TX. In an attempt to give back to the industry that has given so much to me and my family, I accepted an invitation to join the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners in hopes to contribute to the improvement of the licensing processes and get more qualified plumbers in Texas.
